Every day we seek to innovate, to improve the efficiency of our work. The case Service 2.0 was the innovation on this area, a Tablet application. This device is called H-MAST: Multiproposal After Sales Tablet and we think that it is aligned with Fidocar modern & premium concept, as it has many functions, it’s not only a survey pick up device. The operation is divided in three major areas: maintenance, vehicle service history for the customer and the network, and client satisfaction survey.

Since July 2014 we have been appointed as Hyundai Heavy Industries’s Distributor in Uruguay. We have developed an entirely separate Machinery Division, incorporating Sales Manager and salesmen to market the products in the whole country.
